Ease of use - for the blogger in all of us
Ok - I have used Xdrive, and to be honest, I was pretty happy with it. I started to get some errors when I used it and there were certain task that got my dander up, when I tried to perform them. So I decided I would look for an alternative. What I found was a great site that lets me link share and upload with ease. Now I know this is only my opinion, but I have not had any issues when uploading or downloading - sharing is simple as well. Like Xdrive for most access it does require a free account setup up, but, if I share something PUBLICLY it does not require that. I signed up for the 5 gig account (1gig for free account).
The reason I am writing this is because I just realized that even though I had canceled my account with Xdrive in April - I was still being charged. I looked high and low on there website for their phone number - its not there - I did a Google search and found the number, from a Blog site, and gave them a call - They said that my account was still active even though I had a confirmation number for my cancellation. The information I am seeing all over id that since AOL bought them, they have gone down hill - They (Xdrive) are only refunding me 2 months - something I plan to dispute, but none the less I did receive yet another confirmation notice that my account has been canceled (AGAIN)
